As well as preparing the private contract, we can obtain all the required government searches, prepare the Vendor's Statutory Disclosure Statement (referred to as a Form 1), and attend to all documentation required to complete the transaction at settlement.
It is very important that the sale of property complies with the relevant legislation to ensure that the transaction is legal.
Each party to the private contract is entitled to independent representation and we recommended that a Vendor and Purchaser have separate Conveyancers. This ensures each party to the transaction has it's interests properly protected.
